Took my battery and AC compressor. I was told that when maintenance is being performed, you must request within 72 hours to keep the parts. I did and then was told they are gone and nothing can be done. They ( a company worth how many millions?) can do "nothing" about my parts being stolen. Edit They tried to tell me the value was 10$ and that they will credit my account. Over 1100$ taken and they insulting try this.

The service center broke my windshield while doing maintenance on my vehicle. They failed to tell me that they broke it. When shown evidence that it was their responsibility they committed to fixing it for me, saying they would send a tow truck to pick my car up, do the repair and return the car to me. The Tesla service center employee never input the tow request, so the tow truck didn't show up. I even reminded them through the message system about the tow, asking for an estimated arrival time. Attitudes have been friendly, but the level of incompetence there is astounding. *edit* The car was supposed to be returned to me around 3pm the following day. No communication from them until nearly 7pm despite sending messages and calling for 22 minutes.

They’ve come a long way recently and the lady running the service center now is an absolute beast in the BEST way. She gets stuff done and quickly. She does her best to respond in a very reasonable amount of time as well. I can’t imagine the amount of pressure they deal with daily. We had an urgent issue with our space truck and we sent a message on Sunday (they’re closed on sunday) and she responded to our message early Monday morning before they even opened. This woman and her service team took very good care of us and we thought it would be a week before getting our vehicle back and we ended up getting it back the next day with all the repairs done. Ya’ll are awesome and we appreciate you!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I honestly wish I could give more than five stars. I had a battery malfunction error pop up while I was over three hours from home, and it happened about 30 minutes before closing. Stressful would be an understatement. Ms. Brandi immediately stepped in and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. She assured me everything would be handled, arranged a vehicle for me on the spot, and made sure I could keep moving without missing a beat. As an in-home healthcare provider, being without a car isn’t an option—and thanks to Brandi, it never became a problem. I was able to continue caring for my patients while my vehicle is being repaired, without any disruption. The level of customer service from Brandi and her team at Tesla Service Center completely blew me away. Professional, compassionate, and genuinely committed to helping—this is how customer service should be done. I’m incredibly thankful for Brandi and the entire Tesla team. Truly outstanding experience. Thank you!

From Roadside assistance on the app, to getting the car serviced. This was the fastest and easiest experience I have ever had.
